Siam AISIN Supports Employment for Persons with Disabilities in Prachinburi

On December 12, 2024, Ms. Phattiya Rattanachandaranon, Vice President of Siam Aisin Co., Ltd. (SA), visited Prachinburi province to meet with persons with disabilities and observe their operations. The visit included stops at the Prachinburi School for the Deaf and the Disability Services Center of Prachinburi. 

We place a strong emphasis on empowering persons with disabilities by providing them with income opportunities and career-building support. This aligns with government policies under the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, which aims to enhance the lives of persons with disabilities.

In 2025, the company continued its social employment initiative, enabling 22 persons with disabilities to work in public benefit organizations in Prachinburi. These organizations include government agencies, schools, and sub-district health promotion hospitals.

Through these efforts, we are committed to improving the quality of life and well-being of people with disabilities, creating social value, and reducing inequality in society.
