Shiroki Corporation Thailand Supports Employees with Disabilities Through Workplace Visit and Care

On June 7, 2024, Shiroki Corporation (Thailand) Ltd. (SRCT), led by President Hirofumi Takayashiki, along with responsible officers and employee representatives, visited employees with disabilities who were hired to work for the public benefit. The visit aimed not only to inspect the work environment and ensure their well-being but also to encourage employees with disabilities, reinforcing that they are valued members of the company.

As a gesture of care, the team provided essential items, such as fans, to support the employees' daily lives, demonstrating the company’s concern for their comfort and welfare.

This visit is part of a broader initiative by the Thai AISIN Group, which seeks to create opportunities for people with disabilities through employment. The project promotes dignity and equality by enabling persons with disabilities to earn an income and support their families through meaningful work that aligns with their abilities.
