AISIN Signs MoU with DMCR to Preserve and Protect Thailand's Marine and Coastal Resources

AISIN Takaoka Thailand Group, along with 33 other organizations and the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation between the DMCR and Thailand Mangrove Alliance. The parties agreed to jointly carry out conservation activities to achieve maximum effectiveness, with a focus on the Three Pillars of Sustainability.

These principles are outlined as follows;

(1) Environmental: To promote the protection, restoration, and conservation of biodiversity in mangrove areas. 

(2) Social: To enhance community knowledge, understanding, and participation in effective mangrove conservation and management. 

(3) Economic: To foster the Green Economy, the Blue Economy, and sustainable livelihoods in mangrove communities.
