AISIN Shares Best Practices in Labour Relations to the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Thailand

The Nawaloha Industry Co., Ltd. was honored by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour of Thailand, as the company received "The 2024 Excellent Practices Establishment on Labour Relation and Welfare National Level as the 15th year of Achievement". Miss Kanjana Poolkaew, the Deputy Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, and a group visited the company to discuss Labour Relationship Management. During the visit, the company and the Labour Union shared valuable insights into best practices that can benefit other companies in driving further improvements in labour relations.
