AISIN Engages with Car Community to Strengthen Brand Awareness and Leverage Industry Trends
On 6-7 December 2024, at Puri Retno 1, Anyer Beach, Banten – PT AISIN ASIA Indonesia (AA-I) recently collaborated with CALSIC (Calya Sigra Community) in an eventful campaign aimed at strengthening AISIN’s presence among car enthusiasts while capitalizing on emerging industry trends.
CALSIC, a nationwide community of Toyota Calya and Daihatsu Sigra owners with 7,200 members, played host to a range of engaging activities designed to foster stronger connections between AISIN and local car owners. One of the event’s biggest highlights was the Car Decal Contest, where participants creatively decorated their vehicles with AISIN branding, turning them into moving advertisements.
The campaign also featured a charity initiative, a safety driving campaign, and an exciting touring convoy road trip. Additionally, attendees benefited from a coaching clinic, covering essential topics such as spare parts reviews, car reviews, troubleshooting tips, and driver experience sharing.
Recognizing that Indonesian car owners often rely more on fellow enthusiasts than mechanics when seeking vehicle-related advice, AISIN seized the opportunity to position itself as a trusted brand within the community. The impact extended beyond the event, as CALSIC members actively shared their experiences and reviews of AISIN products on social media, further amplifying brand visibility and credibility.
Through this initiative, AISIN not only strengthened its market presence but also reinforced its commitment to supporting car communities and promoting a culture of informed, responsible vehicle ownership in Indonesia.
