Inclusion and Diversity
Embracing differences and creating an environment where every individual feels valued.
My impression of ACT is that the company is dedicated to promoting inclusion and diversity. It acknowledges that embracing differences in culture, beliefs, ethnicity, age, gender, disabilities, and social status not only cultivates healthy relationships among employees but also fosters an environment conducive to creative thinking, a positive culture, and innovation within the organization.
The company employs a variety of methods to promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace, including policy implementation, infrastructure establishment, and human resource management processes. After hiring employees with disabilities, the company assigns clear roles and responsibilities. These employees also undergo annual evaluations for salary adjustments and bonuses, just like other employees. Furthermore, the company offers training, coaching, and guidance to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees with disabilities, thereby improving our work quality and pride.
It's been three years since the company started employing people with disabilities. This period has provided ample opportunities to learn new skills, such as various communication methods, particularly hand signs, and greeting people in different tones of voice. Furthermore, it's a valuable chance for people with disabilities to participate in both internal and external company activities, like games and sports competitions, to enhance bold thinking, expressions, and decision-making skills. In the grand scheme of things, under the guidance of mentors and colleagues, everyone is eager and pleased to support them in their enjoyable work life within the company.
